Netizens express concern over pregnant Iza Calzado’s gym routine

Actress Iza Calzado shared with her fans and followers her workout routine despite her condition of being pregnant. Netizens expressed their concern over Iza’s pregnancy considering that her routine is quite hard.

Culver Padilla, a coach and an internation trainer was present to monitor and guide Iza with her exercises.

On Instagram, Culver and Iza posted a video with the following caption:

“STRONG MOMS GROW STRONG BABIES ⚡️🤰🏽

During pregnancy, exercise can help you stay in shape and prepare for labor and delivery.

For most pregnant women, at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise is recommended on most, if not all, days of the week.

Strength training is OK, as long as you stick to relatively low weights.

Yung tipong pwede pa kayo magusap at magtawanan. 😁

Gave her some safe workouts that would strengthen her body during pregnancy..
