Fans and followers of actress KC Concepcion expressed mixes reactions over her heart-warming message for her stepdad, former senator Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan on his 59th birthday.
It can be recalled that recently, the former senator together with his wife, Megastar Sharon Cuneta and their kids, Miel, Frankie and Miguel went to South Korea to celebrate his special day.
