Netizens react to Rajo Laurel’s “Baklang Lasing” remark following PNP’s statement on Dacera case

Netizens expressed mix reactions over Filipino fashion designer Rajo Laurel’s “Baklang Lasing” post that he made on his social media account.

It was recalled that Makati PNP Chief Harold Depositar made a statement recently saying that even though the suspects on the Christine Dacera case were mostly identified as gay, they are still men, most especially if they are under the influence of alcohol and the presence of drugs.

In his Twitter account, Rajo tweeted:

The said tweet of Rajo caught the attention of netizens as they commented:

– “Madami po akong kaibigan na bi and bakla na nakakasama ko sa drinking sessions overnight. Hindi lang basta bi, mga gwapong bi and mga close friends ko po. Pag nakakainom po sila, bakla pa din naman sila at mahilig pa din sa lalaki.”

– “Ang lasing na bakla kahit gaano kalasing di papatol sa bilat!!”

– “Ang baklang lasing nagiging sexbomb, sailormoon”

– “Regardless of gender, if someone is under the influenced of alcohol or drugs, they are not in their normal behavior and we cannot generalized that they will all be harmless.”
