Netizens were not amused by a questions asked by TV5 noontime program ‘Tropang LOL’ that has something to do with the past of actors Ariel Rivera and Gelli de Belen.
Most netizens felt that the question was insensitive and disrespectful with a motive of just to attract more viewers.
On the program’s Maritest segment, this question was asked to the contestant:
“Naging mag-jowa sina Ariel Rivera at Gelli De Belen nung 90’s – pero nag-break sila for a while dahil daw sa third party na… sino?”
And the choices: “Agot Isidro / Lea Salonga / Regine Velasquez / Jean Garcia”

– “I-tag dito si Sir @iamMVP para makita nya kung paano binastos ng @tropang_LOL ang inaanak nyang si Regine. This very disrepectful.”
– “Tropang lol ang pinaka toxic na show ewan bkt tinutuloy pa din nila yung mga questions na ganyan. Lagi nalang”
– “Their show is running on bad publicity. Paulit-ulit na lang talaga eh.”
