Fans and followers of actress KC Concepcion expressed mixed reactions on her social media post regarding her message of empathy to those victims of the typhoon.
In her Instagram account, KC posted a photo of her. KC expressed her concern as she sent an inspirational message and prayers to those who are affected by the typhoons, Rolly and Ulysses. KC wrote “My heart goes out to all those displaced, and affected by back-to-back Typhoons Rolly & Ulysses. The three most powerful storms in recorded history, that came down hardest on land, happened here in the Philippines. 🥀
