Actress Angel Locsin posted a photo message on her Instagram Stories that made most of her fans and followers to wonder who is Angel pertaining to with her message. Based on the message, Angel was referring to someone who did not attend the ABS-CBN rally last July 18, 2020.
Angel added that is perfect fine not to attend but making an excuse to save face at the expense is purely disgusting.
