THE National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist order to stop ABS-CBN’s digital broadcast on TVPlus in Metro Manila, SKY’s satellite broadcast nationwide.
In a tweet by ABS-CBN journalist Jacque Manabat posted the following:
