Talent manager and broadcaster Ogie Diaz expressed her honest thoughts and sentiments when he was asked why he started vlogging.
In the latest YouTube vlog of actor and TV host Luis Manzano, he featured Ogie for a fun filled and inspiring interview. During the interview, Ogie opened up about his career and personal life. One of the questions asked by Luis was who influenced Ogie to start making YouTube contents.
“Sino bang nag ud-yok sayo mama Ogs na mag vlog?” Luis asked Ogie.
“Nainggit ako kay kuya Raffy Tulfo. Kaya yung una kong interview, si Raffy Tulfo na binigyan ako ng magandang views at magandang balik. Grabe. Sabi ko, ‘ay tutuloy tuloy ko na ‘to’. E sa panahon ng pandemya, alam mo na. Ngayon natuto yung mga tao, yung mga celebrity, mga personalidad na mag vlog.” Ogie shared.
“Dahil natuklasan nila, na diskubre nila, maganda din pala itong ano, source of income.” Ogie added.
“Siguro ang maganda din sa vlogging, hindi mo kailangan ng network.” Luis quipped.
“Exactly… Network mo na yun. Sarili mong network yun. Kahit sino pwedeng magtayo ng sariling network. Mag iiyak ka nga lang sa Facebook mo pwede mo ng tawaging network yun para maka-gain ka ng viewers…” Ogie said.
