Talent manager and entertainment columnist Ogie Diaz was bashed for his comments on the performance of actress and TV host Toni Gonzaga during the initial telecast of the new AllTV Channel.
Ogie noticed the poor audio sound and the number of dancers who joined Toni in her performance. Ogie said that it is understandable since it was the first telecast and he expects that everything will be improved in the days to come.
On his vlog, Ogie reacted to those who find his comments inappropriate:
“O, bakit ako iba-bash? Pangit ba yung sinabi ko? Constructive criticism po yung akin. Si Toni ay kilala ring singer. Big deal sa mga singers ang sound system. Ang kanilang reinforcement, sa sound system. Gusto nila maganda yung tunog,” said Ogie.
Pero Loi, siyempre naiintindihan naman natin yan e. nag-uumpisa pa lang naman yung show. Kaya siyempre sa mga susunod, ay mag-eexpect tayo ng mas magandang sound system. para maganda ‘yung audio ni Toni,” Ogie added.
“Magkumare po kami ni Toni. Inaanak po ni Toni yung ikatlo kong anak. Pag nagkikita kami ni Toni para lang kaming mga sira ulo. Chikahan kami ng bongga. Saka jusko, ano ba hindi naman masama ‘yung sinabi ko. I’m sure laman yan ng kanilang meeting,” Ogie said.
