Talent manager Ogie Diaz gave his reactions regarding the announcement of actors Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo that they have decided to end their relationship of 11 years.
Ogie was the first to break the news that actress Andrea Brillantes and Daniel Padilla were seeing each other secretly sparking rumors that Kathryn and Daniel are heading towards separation.
Netizens mostly KathNiel fans called Ogie as ‘fake news peddle’ due to the news he shared.
On his program “ShowBiz Update,” Ogie said the following in reaction to the break up confirmation of KathNiel:
“Sa totoo lang noon pa namin alam na break yung dalawa. Pero sino naman kami para kami yung manguna o pangunahan namin ang KathNiel na dapat sa kanila manggagaling. Kaya malinaw yung sinasabi ko na di pwedeng i-confirm unless i-confirm nung dalawa na sila’y break na,” said Ogie.
“Siyempre nung nabasa ko yun, andaming nag-send, tumatawag, nagme-message na vindicated ka na, sa totoo lang ayaw ko namang magpaka-ipokrita, yes, happy ako dahil vindicated kami, pero at the same time, andun din yung lungkot… parang sandali, tinanong ko pa nga yung sarili ko, kasalanan ko ba’t nagkaganito yung relasyon nila, hindi, binalita lang naman namin yon eh…” he added.
