Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach expressed what she felt over Philippines representative, Samantha Bernardo not crowned as Miss Grand International 2020. It can be recalled that Samantha was the first runner-up on the said beauty pageant.
In the 10th episode of ‘Queentuhan Season 3’ posted on her YouTube channel, Pia admitted that she was a ‘little gutted’ over the result of Miss Grand International 2020 because she really wanted Samantha to win the competition.
“It’s my first time to watch it from start to finish. I really enjoyed the show. As a pageant fan, it has everything you want in a competition and more… I really enjoyed her performance. I got excited, this is my first to really invested in a representative for Miss Grand International. I think we were all really excited because she had everything that they were looking for and she really performed well.” Pia said.
“A little gutted na she didn’t get the crown kasi nga I really wanted her to win, but great great performance… yung Instagram niya, with what she’s been posting, you can tell that she’s really happy to be there and to be part of the org…” Pia added.
