President Rodrigo Duterte flew to his hometown of Davao City on the first day of the modified enhanced community quarantine implementation. This is the first time the President went home to Davao since the lockdown policy was implemented.
Most parts of the Philippines were in ECQ for around two months to prevent the COVID-19 from spreading.
