Raquel Pempengco, mother of singer Jake Zyrus formerly known as Charice Pempengco answered the accusations of her mother, Tess Pineda in TV host Raffy ‘Idol’ Tulfo’s program, “Wanted sa Radyo.”
It was recalled that a video of Tess asking for financial assistance for her medical check-up had gone viral recently. In the said video, Tess also aired some strong words against Raquel.

In Raffy’s program, Tess and Raquel had the chance to talk about the said issue. Raffy aimed to fix the feud between them as he said “baka pwede po kayong pag batiin. Given na po yun mag bibigay ako ng tulong sainyo. As much as possible lola mag papasko baka pwede ko kayong pagbatiin ng anak niyong si Raquel.”
During their conversation, Raquel denied the accusations of her mother but Tess reiterated that she was saying the truth and accused Raquel of lying.
