Asia’s songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid shared some advice to popstar royalty Sarah Geronimo on having a baby.
In a virtual press conference for Regine’s Valentine’s Day concert “Freedom”, Regine was asked “if you have given a chance to give advice to her about dun sa pag ba-baby, ano po yung mabibigay niyong advice cause you have already diba.”

To which Regine answered “mahirap mag bigay ng advice pag magulang because it’s different for everyone. It’s really different for everyone. My experience, my wonderful experience with my children baka hindi siya makarelate because it’s really different for me kasi ako meron din akong step daughters. So iba yung experience ko, and then I have a son whose 9 years old.”
“But I just want to tell her siguro, just to enjoy every minute of it. Every minute because they grow up so fast. Before you know it yung ang laking tao na, alam mo yun…. Ang bilis bilis lang talaga ng panahon. You wake up and their all grownups. So if ever, God willing, they’re be given a baby, just for them to enjoy it, every minute of it. At try mong namnamin…. Enjoy lang, enjoy lang kasi like I said being a parent is different for everyone. Wala naming manual eh so you grow with your children. You grow with them. You learn with them and from them. Hopefully they learn from us too.” Regine added.
