Entertainment columnist Ricky Lo appealed to spare actress Kisses Delavin from the issue about the alleged unpaid bills for their family’s condo unit owned by Lorna Tolentino’s son Rap Fernandez.
In an Instagram post, Ricky said that Kisses should not be dragged in the issue as her mother Carrie Delavin was the signatory in their rental contract and not her.

Ricky wrote: “#JusticeForKisses…I just want to make two things clear. 1). Nobody asked, told or ‘ordered’ me to delete my first two posts. I did it kasi I don’t want my dear friend Lolit Solis to be bashed on my Instagram. And 2). Kisses should NOT be dragged into the mess kasi ang mom niyang si Carrie Delavin ang signatory sa rental contract for a unit at Imperial Palace Suites.”
According to Ricky, Kisses is a “victim” in the controversy and hoped that the truth will soon come out, saying: “Poor Kisses is a victim (as I was in another ‘flooding’ incident). She should be spared from the issue. Kawawa naman siya. Sooner or later, the whole truth and nothing but will come out. Yon lang po.✌️✌️✌️🌺🌺🌺11/19/2019.”
Lolit Solis earlier talked about the issue on her Instagram account, saying: “Naku hindi ko naman akalaing lalaki ang issue ng Imperial rental ni Kisses Delavin. Isinulat ko lang na nahihirapan na siyang ma-contact nila Lorna Tolentino at stopped payment na iyon 2 tseke na deposito nila. Ngayon lumaki na ang problema dahil gusto na ni Mother Lily na mag-share si Lorna ng gastos sa repair ng elevator na inabot daw ng halos 1M at higit 1 buwan hindi nagamit. Ewan ko kung bakit sa unit ni Kisses pumutok ang water valve na naging malaking problema.
“Hindi naman ako naniniwala na wala silang balak bayaran iyon utilities na dapat sila ang magbayad na sinisingil ngayon ng admin ng Imperial. Kung si Allan Diones na isang movie writer ay nakakabayad on time, mas lalo naman siguro si Kisses na mayaman at isang hotel owner daw sa Masbate di bah! Saka dapat bago umalis sa isang niri-rentahan lugar, ayos lahat ng dapat ayusin bills, kausapin ang landlord at ang admin ng building para walang maiwan na problema.
