Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said he did not violate any regulations during his recent visit to a marine park in Subic, Zambales. Photo of Roque circulated online showing him in the waters with dolphins. Another photo showed Roque was talking with two persons without a mask.
In a report by DZMM Teleradyo, Roque apologized to those who were offended but added that he is considered an “authorized person outside residence” due to his business and was given permission to travel.

“Ang katotohanan, nag-iisa po ako dun. Ako lang po ang bisita nila dun dahil nga po sandali lang din. Wala pong nalabag pero kung meron pong na-offend paumanhin po. Hindi po nating intensyong tayo po ay mang-offend ng kahit sino. Paumanhin pa rin po kung hindi po nagustuhan ang mga larawan.” said Roque.
