Actress Ruffa Gutierrez revealed that she was bedridden and she asked for prayers from her fans and followers for her fast recovery.
In a series of photos that she shared on her Instagram story, Ruffa shared that she had muscle strain on her lower back when she tried to move a heavy table. Ruffa also shared that she experienced unbearable pain as she can’t even move nor stand that she needed to be assisted by 5 people.
Ruffa wrote:
“Bedridden. Yesterday afternoon I tried to move a heavy table which caused muscle strain on my lower back.”
“By 7pm I was in excruciating, unbearable pain and could not even move nor stand up from the couch. Ps: smile even when you’re suffering.”
“5 people had to lift me up and assist me to my bedroom on the 2nd floor. Severe pain continued till 2:30am”
“Thanks to my kumare, Dr. Mela Joyce Andres-Lim who helped me through the night and referred me to Spine Surgeon Dr. Renato Lipana. I still can’t stand but I’m hopeful that I’ll be back to my bubbly self in no time. Please pray for my swift recovery.”
