Ruffa Gutierrez aired her sentiments after being tagged in teh feud among members of the Barretto clan after she was called out by Gretchen Barretto via Instagram, following her “harmless” comment in one of Julia Barretto’s photos.
In her interview with Pep, Ruffa broke her silence after her name has been mentioned in the issue, saying she was as shocked as those who did not expect her involvement in the controversy.

Ruffa said: “No comment, I have a great, peaceful, and happy life. I told you earlier, di ba, pati ako nagulat.”
“I mean, we’re not best friends anymore, matagal na akong umiwas sa kanya [Gretchen]. 2008 pa since na umiwas ako. So I just wanna maintain a peaceful life,” she added
Ruffa then insisted that she has no issue with any celebrity and that she has nothing to do with the Barretto clan’s feud.
She said: “Napaka-peace loving ko. Napakabait ko. So, if ever na merong problema, silang nag-aaway sa akin. Never akong nang-aaway.”
“Just as you were shocked. Shocked na shocked. Nagulat lang ako pagkatapos kong kausapin yung friend ko sa phone, andami nang nagti-text sa akin. Yeah, nagulat din ako. So, kung kayo nagulat, nagulat din po ako,” Ruffa added.
She then clarified that she is not siding with anyone in the issue, saying: “Gusto ko lang linawin sa lahat ng tao na wala akong kinakampihan, hindi ako sumasawsaw. Ako’y nananahimik.”
