Actress and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez expressed her honest thoughts and sentiments as she gave an advice to those who are being bullied for their past mistakes.
In her Twitter account, Ruffa gave an advice to victims of bullying for the mistakes that they have done in the past. According to Ruffa, they should not let the memories of their past to limit the potential of their future. Ruffa also reminded everyone that past is a place of learning and not a place of living.
