Actress Ella Cruz asked Senator Imee Marcos about her trending remarks that “History is like Chismis.” Netizens criticized and bashed Ella for what she said.
In her recent vlog, Ella took the opportunity to ask Sen. Imee is there is anything wrong with whtat she said.
“Sen, mali po ba yung sinabi ko na ‘History is like tsismis?’ Di ko naman sinabi na ‘History is tsismis.’ Tapos, diyan na lang sila nag-focus hindi na sa paliwanag.” asked Ella.
Ella added: “At totoo naman na ang kasaysayan ay tsismis na napatunayan dahil sa ebidensiya at sa research.”
Sen. Imee then answered: “History is chismis with methodology, analysis and proof.”
