Megastar Sharon Cuneta addressed mean assumptions about her when she first entered the showbiz industry because she came from a rich family.
In her latest YouTube vlog, Sharon had a “Trip Down Memory Lane”. According to Sharon the said video is for the new ‘Sharonians’ and for all her fans. She recalled some mean assumptions about her when she is starting her showbiz career.

Sharon said “Ok so alam ng tao. Anak ni Mayor, lumaki sa village, malaki yung bahay, uhm kolehiyala. So nuong nag uumpisa ako akala ng mga tao ‘nako mahihirapan tayo dito, bakit naten toh hahangaan at susuportahan? Dahil mayaman ang pamilyang pinang galingan nito, malamang mayabang eto, spoiled brat eto, matapobre eto. Anong feeling niya papasok lang siya dito sa showbiz at pag lalaruan tayo? Hindi!”
She added “So ako naman, ‘hindi po, maruong po akong mag trabaho willing po akong pag hirapan ang, nais ko lang pong kumanta. gusto ko lang pong kumanta at pasayahin kayo. Sana po pag bigyan ninyo ako.’ Grabe po ang pag trabaho ko. Parang 10x harder than the next singer. Lalo na nuong naging artista po ako sa “Dear Heart”. 10x harder ang work na pinakita ko at ang effort na in-exert ko para lang i-prove sa tao na talagang propesyonal ako, masunurin ako, magalang ako, at lahat ng itinuro po ng magulang ko saakin.”
