Singer actress Sharon Cuneta gave her humble opinion with regards to the statement made by Senator Grace Poe concerning the funds allocated by Congress to the Department of Health to fight the COVID-19 virus.
Sharon posted a photo report of Senator Poe saying:
“Sinayang ng DOH ang pagkakataong makatulong sa napakaraming Pilipinong may sakit dahil sa hindi maayos na paggastos sa P67 BILYONG PONDO na hiningi nila mismo sa Kongreso.
Napakalaking pagpapabaya ang ginawa nila dito.”
Sharon then reacted to the said report and shared her opinion regarding the matter:
“Sad but true. Numbers (especially in Pesos) do not lie when they are backed by solid evidence. Repost from @sengracepoe
Nakikita naman natin na hirap na hirap na ang ating mga kababayan sa laban kontra #Covid19PH. Puno na ang mga ospital, kulang ang bakuna, hindi sapat ang testing. Saan na napunta ang P67B na pondo?”
