Filipino pop singer-songwriter Sheryn Regis was asked by the member of the press to give her reaction to the incident where fellow singer Morisette Amon failed to reach a high note for the song “”Sometime, Somewhere” during her performance on ASAP.
Sheryn defended Morisette as she gave her honest opinion that not hitting a high note can be because of various reasons:
“Actually lagi kong pina-practice ko, hindi ko agad agad binibirit impromptu, on the spot hindi ako ganun,” said Sheryn. “So ang masasabi ko lang, siguro hindi lang sya ready that time at pagod ang bata.” added Sheryn.
“Minsan ang singers may time na talagang hindi talaga, pero kung pag lagi mong binibirit boses mo pagod ka talaga. Ako hindi ko ibibirit kung alam kong hindi ko kaya.” Sheryn said.
