Singer April Boy Regino has passed away, his brother Vingo Regino said in a Facebook post. He was 51. April Boy was behind the hits “Di Ko Kayang Tanggapin,” “Paano Ang Puso Ko”, and “Umiiyak Ang Puso” during the 1990s.
His brother Vingo posted the following on Facebook:
“Nakakalungkot naman ang araw na ito..wala na ang kuya april boy ko…vingo regino”
April Boy was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and diabetes in 2015.
