Actress Sunshine Dizon expressed her sadness upon the news of ABS-CBN shutdown specially to the 11,000 employees who will lose their jobs because of the decision. Sunshine added that for artists like them, there is no such thing as network wars. They are one big family and they belong to one industry.
In an online interview with Pep.ph, Sunshine said she wished everything will be settled:

“I can only hope and pray na sana magkaroon ng mas magandang paguusap at maayos din ito tsaka parang ang lungkot din na wala na kaming katapat, wala ng thrill,” said Sunshine.
“Ako naman ang iniisip ko parati, healthy ang competition na yun eh. Wala naman sa amin yun, pag nagkita kita kami sa labas ok naman wala naman nag-aaway away na pinepersonal.” Sunshine added.
