Former senator and TV host Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto denied reports that noontime program ‘Eat Bulaga’ is losing money. Reports has it that the program had to lower down its ad rates due to low ad placements.
During the program, Tito Sen belies such reports.
“May mga sinungaling na nagkakalat na nalulugi raw tayo at magsasara na daw tayo” said Tito Sen.
“Para mapatunayan na sila ang sinungaling, na sila ang sinungaling, bukas bibigyan natin ng kopya ang media ng file sa BIR ng ating income tax para makita nila.” Tito Sen added.
Joey De Leon on the other hand said he is saddened by the fact that people resorts to lies to bring down programs such as Eat Bulaga.
“Naiingit lang ang mga yan kasi hindi sila kasama sa Top 5 longest running TV show in the world” said Joey.
“Ito ang hamon ko sa inyo. Umabot lang kayo ng 15 years para luluhod ako sa harapan ninyo. 15 lang ah. By that time, para bumyahe na ako.” challenged Joey.
