ABS-CBN Films Managing Director Olivia Lamasan revealed that Actress and TV host Toni Gonzaga gave her talent fee to the retrenched workers of ABS-CBN after the denial of the network’s franchise.
In Toni’s birthday special for ABS-CBN’s online show “I Feel U”, Toni can’t help but be emotional over Olivia’s message to her. Olivia expressed her gratitude to Toni.

She also revealed that Toni gave her talent fee to the displaced workers of the network as she said “hindi ko rin makakalimutan and I am a personal witness to your generosity and selflessness.”
“Alam niyo ho mga kaibigan. Ito pong si Toni gave a generous portion of her talent fee, if not all, diba anak? all your talent fee para po sa mga tao, sa mga empleyado ng ABS-CBN na nawalan po ng trabaho nung inorder po ng Congress na i-shutdown kami. I’ll never forget that kasi napaiyak mo ako noon sa sobrang kalakihan ng puso mo at kabutihan mo Toni. Maraming maraming salamat and I pray that God returns your generosity a thousand-fold and that blessings may continue to abound you in all aspects of your life.” Olivia added.
