Kapamilya star Vice Ganda revealed that his partner, fellow Kapamilya star Ion Perez wanted to quit showbiz in the past because of the ‘bashing’.
In the latest YouTube vlog of celebrated dermatologist and doctor to the stars Dr. Vicki Belo, she featured Vice for an interview. During the interview, Vice opened up about his personal life. Vice also shared how he started to be a comedian.
Vice was also asked by his fellow celebrities for some love advice. One of the celebrities that was able to ask Vice was Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo.
“Ano yung pinakachallenging na situation na dumaan sainyo ng partner mo at paano niyo naovercome, nasurvive?” Sarah asked Vice.
“So far, ang pinakachallenging na talaga ha, yung ang lala ng bashing. Yung challenge to rise above the noise. Parang the world is so noisy and distracting…” Vice shared.
“I remember there was a time Ion wanted to resign in Showtime…” Vicki quipped.
“Yeah. He wanted to stop na showbiz. Kasi nga nalulunod siya sa ingay. Kasi bago eh, bago lang siya sa showbiz tapos ganun. Yung parang, yung mga tao gustong mag decide for you. Yung parang gustong diktahan ka kung ano yung mangyayare saamin.” Vice said.
“E siyempre matanda na siya, matanda na rin ako. Hindi kami sanay, indi na namin kaya. Parang nasasaklawan na kami ng ibang tao at ibang tao magdedecide for us. So since bago siya… yun ang pinakachallenging na for us. Ang lala ng bashing at yung challenge to rise above that noise and still be focused on what has value and importance.” Vice added.
