Actor and comedian Inday Garutay expressed his honest thoughts and sentiments over the controversial vlog of Kapamilya star Vice Ganda with his good friends, MC Muah and Lassy.
It can be recalled that in the said controversial vlog of Vice, he and his good friends ‘elected’ Inday as the ‘least funny comedian’.
In the latest YouTube vlog of Talent manager and broadcaster Ogie Diaz, he and Mama Loi talked about the controversial vlog of Vice, MC and Lassy. Ogie also interviewed Inday regarding to the issue. According to Inday, he felt insulted over their remark and also because he was compared to others.
Inday also shared that he watched the said vlog. However, he didn’t finish the whole vlog.
“Kung may disclaimer sa bandang huli, I’m sorry hindi ko na pinanuod… Katuwaan nga, pero unang-una hindi naman kami magkaibigan ni MC eh… Siyempre very insulting kasi yun saakin na tayong mga komedyante, ikaw komedyante ka rin, para sabihin, alam natin maimpluwensya si Vice. Para sabihin na dumaan pa sa channel niya, para sabihin na hindi ako nakakatawa, sandal naman what if merong event na papasok saakin, inquiry saakin? ‘Wag na nating kunin si Inday hindi naman nakakatawa yan’ diba. Kasi nga maimpluwensya si Vice… What if may umatras?” Inday shared.
“At the same time din, kinumpara ako kay Anton (Anton Diva), si Anton singer. Ako kay Janella Jamers is straight hosting and articulat sa paghohost… Okay lang yun kung kinumpara ako kay John Lapus, kay Philip Lazaro. Okay lang yun diba? Hindi ako na hurt, na insulto ako. Hindi komedyante yung category. Ako lang yung komedyante dun sa tatlo…” Inday added.
Inday added that allegedly Vice was the reason behind why he was removed from performing in two comedy bars.
“Actually meron. It’s a nemesis na. You can never argue with success. 2010, of course play safe naman si Jegs kaya sinabi niyang pinagpahinga. Pero alam ng kasama namin sa Sing-along na pinatanggal niya ako talaga… Sa Punchline, Laffline… Ni Vice… Confirmed talaga yun pero siyempre ide-deny niya yun… Tapos na yun, nangyari na yun. It’s really meant to happen. Okay lang siguro yun. Wala na akong sama ng luob…” Inday shared.
Later on, Ogie asked Inday, “So anong message mo kay MC?”
“Ano lang, spread the love na lang…” Inday said.
“Kay Vice? Kay Vice Ganda meron ka bang ano?” Ogie quipped.
“Ano nalang, pag yamanin nalang natin yung craft natin. Lalo na “Too clever by half” siya…” Inday added.
