WATCH: Jessy Mendiola showcases ‘no equipment’ workout routine at home

Actress Jessy Mendiola shared tips on how to maintain a stunning body figure as she showcased her workout routine at home.

In her latest YouTube vlog, Jessy did the ‘no equipment workout’, the fitness program of fitness coach, George Castro. According to Jessy, her vlog was taken at the house of her mother in law, Actress and Batangas Representative Vilma Santos-Recto.

“Gaining weight lately? I can relate. 😅 Siyempre since most of us are staying home, nagiging limited talaga yun physical activities natin. Others can’t workout because of the limited space sa loob ng house or walang equipment na pwedeng gamitin cause the gyms are close now.

Kaya naisip ko na gamitin ang program ni George Castro for my “At home workout: No Equipment Exercise” video.” Jessy wrote in the description.

For the warm up, Jessy did 1 minute of jog in place and 1 minute of jumping jacks.

Later on, Jessy did push ups on knees, body weight squats, body weight jump squats, tricep chair/sofa dips, planks, high-knees in place, crunches and wall sit.
