Fans and followers of Dr. Vicki Belo can’t help but gushed over her daughter, Scarlet Snow as she flaunted her designed recycled ‘bubble gown’.
In her Instagram account, Vicki posted a video of Scarlet. In the video, Scarlet seemed to be walking on a runway wearing her own designed recycled outfit. The said outfit was a bubble wrap which is used for packing fragile items.

“I invented it, a bubble gown” said Scarlet. To which Vicki reacted “a bubble gown? wow! ang cute naman I’m glad you know to recycle things.”
