Actor and TV host Vice Ganda was seen in a video providing some assistance to an old man who was singing in the streets.
According to netizens, the said video was taken in Monasterio de Tarlac.
Vice was also singing and even dancing to the song of the old man. Vice was also seen encouraging the people around to sing and dance with him.
After awhile, Vice gave some cash to the old man who obviously is so happy upon seeing the assistance from Vice.
