Actress Yam Concepcion addressed the remarks from the netizens which seemed to be warning her over her “Init Sa Magdamag” co-star, actor Gerald Anderson.
In a virtual conference for the said show, Yam was asked over her reaction on the memes that has surfaced online after the release of the show’s trailer.
“Nababasa ko yung mga comments… nakakatawa at saka nakakatuwa na makita yung reaction nila dun sa scene drop naming ni Gerald at saka yung trailer. Nakakatawa kasi sabe ng mga netizen ‘oh Yam mag iingat ka kay Gerald ha’… diba, yun yung mga nababasa ko.” Yam said.
“Honestly hindi ko naman kailangan mag ingat kasi nung nakilala ko si Gerald, maraming hindi nakakaalam siyempre nakikita lang nila sa TV ganun. Sinasabe nila na ‘naku ano yan, matinik sa babae’, ganyan ‘hindi loyal’ ganyan…”
“Pero alam mo, hindi eh. Ano siya, pag katrabaho mo si Geral he’s very professional, tsaka very gentleman. Hindi niya pinaramdam sakin na may malisya or what. It’s just purely work and despite of being purely work naparamdam niya sakin yung emosyon na totoo. I still felt his honesty si Tope yung character niya.” Yam added.
