27 year old Dr. Carmina Fuentabella who recently celebrated her birthday made a commitment that she will return to her sworn oath that after her battle with COVID-19, she will again battle at the frontlines.
Fuentabella was infected by the COVID-19 and was in critical condition, but because she didnt give up and her consultants didnt give up on her – she is now on her way to recovery.

On her birthday post, Fuentabelle thanked all those who supported and prayed for her and made this commitment:
“It felt like a dead end, but through everyone’s efforts and prayers I’m finally on my way to full recovery. I may be down, but rest assured that I will come back and once again battle at the frontlines—stronger and maybe a *little bit* more careful than before. It is, and it will always be an honor for me to train and serve under USTH”
