Celebrity doctor Cathy Valencia broke her silence regarding rumors about her past relationship with actor Diether Ocampo, including reports that she allegedly gave him a car as a gift.
In her interview with Pep, Dr. Cathy clarified reports about her past romance with Diether and denied giving the actor a car.

Dr. Cathy said: “Meron pang na-write up na nasa Polo Club daw ako, pinapanood ko siya, nagko-coffee raw ako. I don’t even drink coffee. May ganoon, may mga ganoong story pa, na habang nagpo-polo siya, ganyan-ganyan. Basta, may mga ganoong story. Sabi ko, ‘Oh, my God! Grabe talaga.”
When asked about her current relationship with Diether, the celebrity doctor answered: “We’re not… I don’t know. I don’t know about him anymore. I mean, we were not talking. He was out of my life. It was a good memory.”
Dr. Cathy also addressed the issue about a car she allegedly gave Diether, saying: “Wala, because he bought a Benz talaga. So, parang isip lang nila, saan kumuha? Kasi, wala namang… I mean, di ba? No, I mean, wala namang work. Sorry, sorry! Walang work… at that time. But he sold his property. Yeah.”
“He sold his property, iyong house and lot, but it’s a small house and lot. It’s worth P16M something lang. So, he bought that Benz. So, iyon ang kapalit.
“Hindi ako nagreregalo! Mukha ba akong nagreregalo ng Benz! Ako ang nireregaluhan. Di ba? Hindi talaga,” she added.
Diether was last seen in the Kapamilya series ‘Bagani’ and is serving as lieutenant commander at the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA).
