Following the success of his movie ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ with Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo, Kapuso actor Alden Richards has been recognized at the Seoul International Drama Awards 2019 as was awarded with the Asian Star Prize.
During his speech, Alden thanked the award-giving body for recognizing him and shared his proud moment as a Filipino, receiving the award on the international stage.

Alden said: “It’s such an honor to receive this award. Being a Filipino, I am humbled and grateful to be recognized in the international scene, along with so many amazing and talented artists here.”
“This award is also extra special to me because it comes at a time when we are celebrating 70 years of friendship between the Philippines and Korea,” the actor added.
Alden also shared his meaningful purpose along with his co-actors, saying: “As actors, it is always our hope to make more people happy and inspire them with our passion.”
