Malabon City barangay captain and actress Angelika dela Cruz reacted to reports where people are already complaining for the lack of good and that the government is not giving enough support to them.
The Philippine government launched the Social Amelioration Program (SAP). SAP is a cash emergency subsidy program (ESP) for Filipino families whose lives are greatly affected by the ECQ.
