Vlogger Bont Bryan Oropel reacted to a series of tweet of TV host and actress Pokwand directed toward his girlfriend former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Baninay Bautista. Pokwang adviced Baninay to be more responsible in posting COVID-19 updates since it caused panic and anxiety to her family.
According to Pokwang, Baninay was already tested negative since August 2 and her vlog was merely a “late upload”. Baninay on Tuesday (August 18, 2020) shared the link of her YouTube vlog on Twitter with a simple caption “I AM POSITIVE”.

Oropel explained and defended Baninay over her post saying that they went through a lot of challenges that is why their post was delayed.
“Bakit po kailangan pa magsalita ng masasakit na salita? Kumpleto naman po ang detalye na binigay nya. At saka sobrang sama na po ng pinagdadaanan namin, namatayan po ako ng ama. Si babinay po ang katabi k ng mawalan ng hininga ang papa ko na hindi kami inintindi.
“Even doctors respects medical history confidenciality. Nakipagusap po kami sa prod nyo in private with details and you do not have the right to disclose her information onlie without her permission. No one deserves “potah” and “hayup” words from anyone.
