King of talk Boy Abunda got emotional as he opened up about the recent passing of his mother Licerna “Lesing” Romerica Abunda earlier this month.
In an episode of his late night show Tonight With Boy Abunda,’ Boy shared how he has been coping up following the passing of his mom and admitted how he do not know how to move forward but assured those concerned that he will become better.

He said: “I am surrendered to the will of God, but I don’t know how I’m going to move on. I continue to commit myself to work, dahil ito po ang nagpapasaya sa aking ina.”
The host also thanked his bosses and everyone who expressed their condolences, saying that they helped him get through the past week.
Boy then gave his message to his late mom, saying: “Buhay ko po ang nanay. Nanay, wherever you are, I will continue to make you proud. I dedicate to you my work, I dedicate to you my life, and I promise to take good care of my family.”
