Celebrities react to government’s reaction to community pantries

Actors Alessandra De Rossi, Pokwang, Agot Isidro and actor Albie Casiño can’t help but expressed their honest thoughts and opinions regarding the issue on community pantries.

It can be recalled that the Maginhawa community pantry temporarily stopped their operation on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 due to red-tagging issue. There are also reports that those who are planning to set up a community pantry should first secure a clearance.

In Pokwang’s Twitter account, she wrote:

@cnnphilippines watching now katakot…”

Agot for her part has this to say: “So pati pagtulong, ire-red tag?

Alessandra also took to her Twitter account to seemingly express her reaction regarding the said issues.

🙃” Alessandra wrote.

In a separate post made by Albie on his Instagram story, he can’t help but be furious over the said issues.

“Ano ba…

“Pano aambag eh kinokontra! PH government are you that insecure that you gotta shut down community pantries??? We I mean I get it, if you guys actually did your job we wouldn’t need community pantries at all! So tangalin nalang noh para di mag mukhang incompetent.” Albie added.
