ABS-CBN executive Charo Santos-Concio shared her thoughts and opinions on coming back to work as ABS-CBN longest running program titled “Maalaala Mo Kaya” is set to return to free TV.
In an online interview with movie and television writer G3 San Diego for her online show “#LivewithG3”, G3 asked Charo “how to do feel that now you are going to back to work? MMK is coming back.” To which Charo answered “I feel so good because now I’ll be able to share again the stories of uhm, you know the viewers, the loyal viewers of ‘Maalaala Mo Kaya’ I think this is a. Alam mo naman pagkabata ko, pag nagkaruon na ako ng isip nakikinig na ako sa drama sa radyo, nagbabasa na ako ng komiks.”

Charo added “Lumawak ang kaalaman ko sa mundo. You know yung maliit kong mundo sa Calapan Oriental Mindoro ay lumawak dahil sa pakikinig ko ng mga radio dramas at saka pagbabasa ng komiks. Hanggang naimbento ang telebisyon. You know I was a fan of all the ABS-CBN programs and programs from other networks. And then you know I was really a fan, a great fan of several of our movie stars and every weekend nanunuod kame ng double features sa theatre.”
