Actress Ciara Sotto penned a sweet message for her parents, Senate President Tito Sotto and actress Helen Gamboa as they celebrated their 51st anniversary.
In her Instagram account, Ciara posted a photo of her together with her parents. According to her, the love of her parents towards one another is a perfect example of ‘eternal love’.
