Former That’s Entertainment cast, Dennis Da Silva finally sentenced with Reclusion Perpetua or life imprisonment. After 17 years of being in-jailed, the court finally gave its verdict against him for his rape and child-abuse cases. This was confirmed through GMA’s 24 Oras, yesterday.
It was remembered that he was allegedly caught by the law, after being accused of raping the then 14-year old daughter of her live-in partner.

In one of his interviews in the past, he reasoned out that there was no molestation done to the girl, rather, they are in a romantic relationship. In 2015, he even mentioned that while inside the cell, a lot of changes happened in his life and he always looks forward to being free in the future.
However, the verdict did not conform with him as he is sentenced to life imprisonment due to 15 counts of rape and 4 counts of child abuse. Aside from that, a total of 4 Million pesos should be paid for the entire damages done to the victim. Nevertheless, he was still given the chance to appeal to the decision of the court. Dennis was a promising young actor who was once linked to actress, Ruffa Guiterrez.
