“Hindi naman ako yayaman sa bashing”
This is what Gerald Anderson stated when he was asked about his reaction to bashers during a press conference for his new series – “A Soldier’s Heart”.

Based on a video of the interview posted by PhilStarNews in their Youtube channel, Anderson said that his bashers will not stop him from working.
“Open kami d’yan sa social media e. Kumbaga open sa kahit na sinong tao na mag-comment. Nasa atin na ‘yon kung paano natin tatanggapin. Alangan namang dahil may nam-bash sa akin, titigil na ako? Ang dami ko pang pangarap, ang dami ko pang pinapakain. Hindi naman ako yayaman sa bashing,” Anderson’s statement during the interview.
It can be recalled that Anderson was a target for memes and social media attacks after his alleged ghosting of Bea Alonzo.
