Hagibis member Sonny Parsons (Jose Nabiula in real life) succumbed to heart attack on Sunday. He was 61. The sad development was shared by her daughter Nicole Villarama Sta Maria in a Facebook post.
Hagibis is an 80s all-male group that made the songs “Katawan”, “Legs”, “Babae” and a lot more popular.

In her Facebook page, Nicole posted the following message:
“Rest in peace papa Sonny Parsons, you are now with Allah. Thank you sa lahat ng advices mo sakin, sa love and for letting me meet all my siblings. I love you! Naiisip lang kita last friday night and pinakikinggan ko mga songs mo. I love you papa! :'( #hagibis”
