‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ now the highest grossing Filipino film of all time with over 800M

‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ made history after being hailed as the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.

According to a report by Star Cinema which produced the blockbuster film, Managing Director Olivia M. Lamasan announced that the movie has earned ₱880,603,490 from both local and worldwide ticket sales making it the highest grossing Filipino film.

‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ marks the first ever team up of Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo and Kapuso star Alden Richards whose fresh on-screen tandem undoubtedly became a hit despite the two, being part of different love teams KathNiel and AlDub.

The movie directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina also marks Kathryn’s second top grossing film which surpassed the P800M mark as her movie ‘The Hows of Us’ with her boyfriend Daniel Padilla also made it on the list, earning over P800 million at the conclusion of its international run in 2018.

During the thanksgiving party last September 3, both Kathryn and Alden became emotional as they expressed their gratitude to all the cast and crew of the said film.

Among the cast members of the top-grossing film were Maymay Entrata, Jameson Blake, Joross Gamboa, Jeff Tam, Lovely Abella, and Kakai Bautista.
