Isabelle Daza considers leaving ‘Eat Bulaga’ as the hardest decision in her life: “Mahal na mahal ko sila”

Actress Isabelle Daza has starred in several television shows and movies but leaving the longest running noon time show “Eat Bulaga” is what she considers as the hardest decision she had to make in her life.

In her special ‘Kwentong Eat Bulaga’ interview for the 40th anniversary of the show, Isabelle could not help but get emotional as she looked back at her memories with the Dabarkads as she became one of the show’s hosts from 2011 to 2014.

Isabelle said while tearing up: “Ngayon pag tinatanong ako, ‘What was the hardest decision in your life?’ I’m gonna cry.. It was leaving Eat Bulaga because mahal na mahal ko sila and lahat ng tao dun from the floor director to the camera men, even the people sa backroom nakasanayan ko na and nakasama ko.”

She also showed the only award she has which she got from the show— a Best Actress award for her performance in Eat Bulaga’s Lenten Special.

“I’m very competitive. As you can see, I won the Best Actress in the Lenten season. Zoom in please, ‘coz it’ my only award eh.”

Isabelle then shared how Eat Bulaga changed her, saying: “Ang nagbago sa akin dahil sa Eat Bulaga ay I absolutely loved work. Before, ang trabaho iniisip ko, ‘Nako, ang hirap. Ito nanaman, trabaho nanaman.'”

“when I was in Eat Bulaga, everyday masigla. Wala akong memory na I don’t wanna work kasi everyday happy,” she added.
