She highlighted many rules containing the contract where she also captioned “So I decided to create a contract for my helpers at home.” These are some of those:

“But also I put that they can’t borrow money or advance (unless it’s emergency)”

“This is also so they know cannot get fired over simple mistakes”.

“My #1 rule: not to reply, ‘wala’ if they haven’t checked or looked everywhere.

Isabelle Daza who has now a family seems like keeping her household organized even with her house helpers. She is the daughter of former Miss Universe, Gloria Diaz.
