Actress Julia Montes broke her silence and decided to speak up, encouraging to be more kind to one another and not to result to harsh words as a defense mechanism.
Julia called on everyone to be more intentional with kindness because gentle words sooth.
“I am trying my best to choose my words wisely. How I say it? How to say it to them? How would it feel if those words were said to me?” said Julia.
“A little kindness in our words can ripple to a world of positivity and people will build each others up.” added Julia.
