Kapuso prime time queen Marian Rivera expressed her reaction as fans have been hoping that she will be her husband Dingdong Dantes’ leading lady in the upcoming Filipino adaptation of the Korean hit ‘Descendants of the Sun’.
In her interview with GMA and other members of the press during the media conference of her drama anthology ‘Tadhana,’ Marian reacted to speculations about her possible portrayal in the show.

Marian said: “Mamaya mayroon na talagang leading lady, hindi pa lang ina-announce ng GMA.”
“Sa ngayon ang hirap talaga kasi ang layo. Nueva Ecija ‘yung location nila tapos two days straight wala silang uwian. So paano ‘yun? Kaladkad ko si Ziggy sa taping tapos si Zia nag-aaral? Ako [‘yung naghahatid]-sundo sa anak ko,” Marian added.
Marian then explained that she is looking forward to working with her husband again but said that they are still waiting for the right time.
“Ang hirap magsalita tungkol sa show na ‘yan kasi ‘di ba, kawawa naman baka may leading lady tapos pinu-push ninyo ako.
“Siyempre looking forward naman ako na makatrabaho ‘yung asawa ko pero sabi ko nga, siguro, sa tamang panahon,” said Marian.
